“Panhandle Proud” is an ambitious initiative spearheaded by the Texas Whiskey Trail
and Texas Whiskey Association representing a collective effort from Texas distilleries
to support the communities in the Texas Panhandle affected by the largest wildfire the
state has ever seen. This campaign harnesses the collective power of Texas distillers to
conduct a variety of fundraising and awareness activities, each tailored to their unique
strengths and capabilities. The goal is to provide comprehensive support to the farmers
and ranchers whose livelihoods have been devastated, showcasing the unity, resilience,
and indomitable spirit of the Texas whiskey and agricultural communities and the
broader Panhandle region.
